Rules of the I&E Network:
1. Break the rules and dream. Challenge conventional thinking and look for possibilities others miss.
2. Open doors and listen. Be approachable and attentive—active listening creates unexpected opportunities.
3. Trust and be trusted. Build mutual confidence by taking small risks together.
4. Experiment and develop value. Prioritize action over perfection: try, learn from failure, and iterate. Ask for help when needed.
5. Seek fairness, not advantage (No Selling). Focus on respectful relationships and partnerships instead of trying to "win" at others' expense.
6. Fail and persist. Failure is expected; the important part is to keep moving forward.
7. Pay it forward. Offer help without immediate expectation of return—generosity fosters future collaboration.
