Rules of the I&E Network:
1. Break the rules and dream — challenge conventional thinking. Innovation grows when people look beyond established boundaries and imagine what’s not yet visible.
2. Open doors and listen — be approachable and receptive to new ideas. Active listening creates opportunities for unexpected connections.
3. Trust and be trusted — build a foundation of mutual confidence by taking small risks together.
4. Experiment and develop — favor action over perfection. Try, fail, learn, and iterate. Ask for help when you need it.
5. Seek fairness, not advantage (No Selling) — focus on respectful relationships and mutually beneficial partnerships rather than trying to “win” at others’ expense.
6. Fail and persist — failure is expected; the important part is to keep moving forward.
7. Pay it forward — help others without expecting immediate returns; generosity fosters goodwill and future collaboration.
