3. Trust and Be Trusted — Trust underpins any innovation community. Take small risks with others to build mutual confidence and collaboration.
4. Experiment and Develop Value — Favor action over perfection. Try things, learn from failure, and iterate. Ask for help when you need it.
5. Seek Fairness, Not Advantage (No Selling) — Form relationships based on mutual respect and fairness instead of trying to gain at others' expense.
6. Fail and Persist — Failure is part of the process. The important thing is to keep going and learn from setbacks.
