1. Break the Rules and Dream — challenge conventional thinking. Innovation happens when people go beyond customary limits and imagine new possibilities.
2. Open Doors and Listen — be approachable and receptive to new ideas. Active listening often leads to unexpected connections.
3. Trust and Be Trusted — trust underpins working relationships. Take small risks with others to build mutual confidence and collaboration.
4. Experiment and Develop Value — prioritize action over perfection. Try, learn from failure, iterate, and ask for help when needed.
5. Seek Fairness, Not Advantage (No Selling) — focus on respectful partnerships and mutual benefit rather than trying to “win” at others’ expense.
6. Fail and Persist — failure is expected; the important part is to continue moving forward and learning.
7. Pay It Forward — help others without immediate expectation of return; generosity fosters goodwill and future collaboration.
