Rules of I&E Network:
1. Break the Rules and Dream — Challenge conventional thinking. Innovation grows when people go beyond traditional limits. Look for what others don’t see.
2. Open Doors and Listen — Be approachable and receptive to new people and ideas. Active listening creates chances for unexpected collaborations.
3. Trust and Be Trusted — Trust underpins a strong innovation community. Take small risks with others to build shared confidence and teamwork.
4. Experiment and Develop Value — Prioritize action over perfection. Try, fail, learn, and iterate. Ask for help when needed.
5. Seek Fairness, Not Advantage (No Selling) — Focus on relationships and partnerships built on respect and fairness rather than trying to “win” at others’ expense.
6. Fail and Persist — Failure is acceptable and expected; the important part is to keep moving forward.
