Rules of I&E Network:
1. Break the Rules and Dream. Question conventional assumptions; innovation flourishes when people look beyond familiar limits and notice what others miss.
2. Open Doors and Listen. Be approachable and receptive to new people and ideas; attentive listening often leads to unexpected connections.
3. Trust and Be Trusted. Build trust gradually—take small, thoughtful risks with others to develop mutual confidence and collaboration.
4. Experiment and Develop Value. Favor action over perfection: test ideas, learn from setbacks, iterate, and ask for help.
5. Seek Fairness, Not Advantage (No Selling). Focus on fair, respectful relationships rather than trying to “win” at others’ expense.
6. Fail and Persist. Accept failure as part of the process and keep moving forward.
7. Pay It Forward. Help others without expecting immediate returns—generosity creates goodwill and future collaboration.
